· Functions.
• Ensure smooth start-up of operations from day one and sustainable operations beyond; Generate reliable and intensive relationship between involved airport stakeholders; Minimize the risk of major operational incidents and irregularities during the start-up of operations; Program Management reducing the impact of the project on existing operations and existing staff and increase the probability of an on-time opening of the new airport infrastructure.

· Responsible for the development of technical proposals, analysis, review and conformation of master plans for due diligence processes for airport concessions in Mexico and abroad.
• Iquique and la Serena (Chile), Montego Bay (Jamaica), Orlando Sandford (U.S.A.), Cucuta, Bucaramanga, Barrancabermeja, Valledupar, Santa Martha, Rio Negro, Medellín, Quibdó, Montería, Carepa and Corozal. (Colombia).

· Responsible for the analysis and proposals development for commercial and diversification projects supporting the Diversification and New Business Direction at OMA.
• Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Airport Hotel.
• Monterrey Airport Industrial Park.
• Cargo Areas at Monterrey, San Luis Potosí and Zacatecas.
• Advertising screens for Acapulco, Culiacan, Monterrey, Mazatlán and Tampico.

· Responsible for the development of procedures for attending internal clients of the Master Plan using a systemic and multidisciplinary perspective, in compliance with SOX regulations.

· Master Plan 2016-2030 Development.
• 2016 Innovation Award for application of "Project Charter" methodology and the development of a tool for the management and consolidation of investment requests from the Master Plan, base for the calculation of the maximum rate and negotiation with the DGAC.

· Consultant of "Projects Management Team" for the New Terminal 2 at Mexico City International Airport (AICM).
• Simultaneous administration of New Terminal 2 Program consisting of a Terminal Building, APM (Automated People Mover), Taxiways and APRON, Fuel Pipelines, Boarding Bridges and New Airport Access Roadways.

· Responsible for technical proposals elaboration for the bidding process for International Airports Concessions.
• Aurora Airport in Guatemala,
